This group of papers where written in 1995 whilst deployed to Rwanda.  They provide an objective report of Operation Tamar as it was perceived at the time. Unfortunately the quality of the Adobe files is not good, but the nonetheless I publish them for their historical value.

Adobe pdf file Operation Tamar Health Support Lessons Chapters 5 to 8 .

Adobe pdf file The Evolution of the Field Ambulance:1906-1918 .  I wrote this paper for the Defence Force Journal more than 20 years ago, when I was a young Captain in the Royal Australian Army Medical Corps.

Adobe pdf file The TARDIS Knowledge Productivity™ System . The first draft of the manual for the Australian Defence Force's Capability Development Executive's knowledge management system. The manual was co-authored with Patrick Byrne in 2007. This document is still a draft, hence it is protected so that it cannot be printed or copied.
