The paper describes the Garrison Health Modelling Tool, a prototype software package designed to provide decision-support to JHC health officers and managers in a garrison environment. Version 3 is described in detail from a system dynamics modelling and user interface perspective.

Rwanda - Operation Tamar Report

This group of papers where written in 1995 whilst deployed to Rwanda.  They provide an objective report of Operation Tamar as it was perceived at the time. Unfortunately the quality of the Adobe files is not good, but the nonetheless I publish them for their historical value.
